This Privacy Policy explains how Lunar Labs ("we," "us," "our") handles information in connection with the website at lunarlabs.ai (the "Site") and the software we publish. We built our products around a simple principle: your data stays with you. This policy reflects that.
The website. The Site is a static informational page. We do not ask you to create an account or submit personal information to browse it. Our hosting and content-delivery provider (Cloudflare) automatically processes standard technical data, such as your IP address, browser type, and request metadata, to serve the Site securely and protect it from abuse. This is ordinary server-log information common to essentially every website.
Our software. Software we distribute (for example, our open-source tools) runs locally on the machine where you install it. Where a tool operates entirely on your infrastructure, it does not transmit your prompts, logs, or other content to us. Any tool that connects to a network service is documented in that tool's own README, and any future hosted or paid service will be governed by its own terms and data agreement presented at sign-up.
We use the limited technical data described above only to operate, secure, and improve the Site. We do not use it to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell or rent it.
We keep technical log data only as long as needed to operate and secure the Site, and we take reasonable measures to protect the limited information we handle. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Because the Site collects so little, in most cases there is nothing for us to act on, but you can contact us at hello@lunarlabs.ai with any request or question.
The Site and our products are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected here.
